Fascia Stretch Therapy
What is Fascia?
Fascia connects everything in your body. It is is weaved around your muscles and organs like saran wrap. It also stabilizes and separates muscle tissue, making sure your muscles can work smoothly and independently from each other.
The Goal of Fascia Stretch Therapy:
Fascia can bind together when muscles haven’t been used or are tight which leads to fascial tightness. Since fascia is interconnected throughout the whole body, fascial tightness in one place of the body, can compromise other areas of the body. Fascia Stretch Therapy uses the breath to tune into the nervous system and follows a logical order to achieve range of motion gains without pain. It targets entire joints as well as entire fascia lines, rather than just a specific muscle alone. The ultimate goal of Fascia Stretch Therapy is to rebalance the body by releasing the tightness, which in return improves muscle function/ performance as well as overall wellbeing.
