All monthly training subscription packages include a customized assigned workout plan, which is being delivered through the MyPtHub App. It is easy accessible through your phone via the MyPtHub App which has a full support and messaging system included. The exercises are explained in detail via video or written instructions, to make sure you get the most out of every workout.

Package Introduction: The Star is the most basic package, whereas the Champion, the Hero and the Warrior have 1:1 private sessions included into the price. Choose the package that suits you best, depending on how closely you would like to work with a personal trainer on your goals. More details for each package see below. The 1:1 Sessions are currently delivered virtually or in park settings- location will be determined by you and your trainer together.
The Star $145
This package gives you up to 3 hours worth of customized assigned workouts every week and up to two 20 min support calls per month.
If you like to work out on your own, but would like to focus on something more specific in your workouts or would like to mix up your routine, I’m here to provide you with a plan designed specifically for you.
The Hero $660
With this package you receive up to two 60 min private sessions per week. Additionally you have on demand access to up to 3 hours worth of customized assigned workouts every week.
What ever it is you are seeking- motivation, accountability or anything else- I’m more than happy to support you every step of the way!
The Champion $420
With this package you receive up to one 60 min private session per week or two 30 min sessions per week. Additionally you have on demand access to up to 3 hours worth of customized assigned workouts every week.
