“I worked with Jessica throughout 3 different stages of my life: Pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and postpartum. During each segment, my goals were all different. Jessica designed each program carefully and with my goals in mind (respectively: bulk muscle/bigger thighs and glutes/stay mobile and in shape/regain lean muscle). Training on all three programs I can appreciate the unique design as well as appreciate the differing results. Programs were also tailored to my needs that day (especially while pregnant); Jessica was flexible but still focused on attaining goals/results. Jessica is a very skilled trainer. She is very knowledgeable about muscle groups, movements, exercises and methods to produce whatever results someone may have. She is able to make you sweat with very little equipment!
